Reformer Classes

The Reformer is the most popular piece of Pilates equipment. Reformers use the resistance of the spring-based equipment to build long lean muscle strength, increase flexibility and balance, and help promote great posture. The workout includes a warm-up, core strengthening, balance, classic Pilates exercises for the upper and lower body. Classes are 50 minutes long and limited to 5 people.
***All new Pilates clients MUST complete 3 Private Pilates Sessions before allowance into standard Reformer or Tower classes. This is to ensure your safety as well as to maintain the flow of our standard classes.
