Introduction / Beginner Class

All levels welcome.

This class is designed for people who have never attended a Reformer Pilates class. This class will teach you the fundamentals of Pilates and the Reformer. We spend the first 20 minutes getting you comfortable using the equipment and provide you detailed instruction on how to incorporate the principles of Pilates to help you get the most out of your workout.

If you have not had any experience on the reformer you must take 3 Introduction / Beginner Classes or Private Sessions before enrolling in LEVEL 1-2 Pilates Workout classes.
